Pinpoint, operated by Infusion Lawyers, is a platform that transforms early-stage startups and small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) into investment-ready powerhouses and connects them to early-stage startups and to early-stage capital and catalysts for success.
Pinpoint and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) value your trust in us for sharing your information with us. We prioritize your privacy and are dedicated to protecting it. This Privacy Notice outlines and describes the Personal Information we collect about you, as well as your privacy rights regarding why, how, and when we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information across our website (“the Platform”).
Definition
“Consent” means any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of your wishes through a clear affirmative action, signifying your agreement to the collection and processing of Personal Information relating to you.

- Facilitate the connection of early-stage startup founders and SMEs with investors.
- Assess compliance with our Minimum Legally-compliant Product (MLP) criteria.
- Provide and improve our Services.
- Communicate with you about your membership and our Services.
- Conduct research and analysis to enhance our Platform.
- Where necessary, to establish, exercise, and defend legal rights.
2.3. Our lawful basis for processing your information is as follows:
- Consent: You agree to us collecting your information by using our Services.
- Contractual obligation: We cannot provide our Services to you without your information.
- Legal obligation: To ensure we are fully compliant with all applicable and protect against fraud by checking your identity with your information.

- Providing our Services: To connect users of the Services, specifically early-stage startup founders and SME entrepreneurs and individual and corporate investors.
